Metal fabrication support for your architectural projects: with our engineers, architects and state-of-the-art equipment, we are by your side
In an architectural project, metal details are often the least visible yet the most labor-intensive parts. With our engineers and architects and our state-of-the-art equipment, we are by your side from the first drawing of your project to delivery.
Why work with the manufacturer early?
A detail that looks good in the design may not be producible in the workshop, or may cost more than it should. When the manufacturer joins at the design stage, matters such as wall thickness, bending radius, joint type and surface finish are settled from the start. That way you avoid surprises during installation, such as changing drawings, remaking parts and losing time.
What do we do with our engineer and architect team?
Our team includes both engineers and architects. This lets us evaluate your project from the point of view of both design intent and manufacturing reality.
- Drawing and concept review: We review the metal details of the project from plans, sections, elevations or a 3D model.
- Manufacturability suggestions: On dimensions, thickness, connections and installation, we suggest sturdier and more economical solutions without compromising the design intent.
- Material and finish selection: Together we determine which of stainless steel, brass or painted steel suits the place of use. We discuss brushed, polished or matte finish options with samples.
- Fabrication drawings: The approved design is turned into dimensioned fabrication drawings that can be produced directly in the workshop.
- Sample and revision: For critical details, a sample can be prepared first. After approval, we move to series production.
What do our state-of-the-art equipment bring you?
Our precise cutting, bending, welding and surface-finishing equipment makes a difference in jobs that need dimensional accuracy and a clean surface. For your project, this means:
- Dimensional accuracy: Parts fit in place without problems, and the need for touch-ups during installation is reduced.
- Repeatability: As in hotel, store-chain and café projects, large numbers of the same part are produced identical to one another.
- Clean surface and tidy joints: Weld and corner details give a clean result even in visible areas.
- Predictable lead time: Because the production plan is made from the start, the delivery date is planned together with your project schedule.
Which projects do we support?
In hotel, café, restaurant, store and office projects as well as residential projects, we produce parts such as metal furniture, shelving systems, display and showcase units, counter and reception details, table legs and frames. It can be a single special piece or a set of hundreds.
How do we work together?
- You share the brief: A drawing, reference image, dimensions, quantity and place of use are enough.
- Technical review is done: Our engineer and architect team reviews the project and sends you the questions and suggestions.
- Details and material are settled: If needed, the finish and color are approved together with a sample.
- A written quote arrives: The price and lead time are shared in writing according to quantity and dimensions.
- Production and delivery are carried out: Production follows the approved fabrication drawing; delivery and, if any, installation are carried out according to plan.
What should you send to get started?
However incomplete your drawing may be, we can start. In our article drawing and information list for architects we have collected which details speed up the quote. If there is no drawing, a sketch, photo or list of dimensions is also enough.
Let's bring your project to life together
We are ready to support your architectural projects with metal fabrication. Share your drawing, dimensions or idea, and let's settle its feasibility and the quote together.
