Metal furniture for cafés, restaurants and shops: 5 points to consider

Metal furniture for cafés, restaurants and shops: 5 points to consider

In a commercial space, furniture is used, wiped and moved hundreds of times a day. Alongside appearance, looking at these five points makes your job easier when choosing.

1. Surface and cleaning

Stainless steel suits surfaces that will be wiped many times a day. A brushed finish shows fingerprints and small scratches less.

2. Edges and corners

In areas with heavy foot traffic, rounding the corners matters for both safety and durability. This detail is added to the drawing at the production stage.

3. Weight and stability

A table or counter that doesn't wobble comes from the right leg size and body thickness. Very light pieces can shift in use, while very heavy ones make placement difficult. The balance is set according to the purpose.

4. Floor and foot detail

A protective tip can be added under the foot so it doesn't scratch the floor. If the floor is uneven, an adjustable foot is preferred.

5. Reordering

When the venue grows or a part gets damaged, a new part in the same size and finish is needed. Keeping the drawing and the finish specification ensures the next order is exactly the same.
